This onsite role in Milwaukee, WI strengthens IT and OT security, partnering with IT, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to improve defenses. You’ll implement policies, secure the plant floor, and lead incident response with a MDR partner.

The position emphasizes risk communication, policy updates, and continuous improvement, supported by competitive pay, benefits, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Five to ten years of experience in network, server, or systems administration/engineering.
• Two or more years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (SOCs, IR, vulnerability mgmt, identity/endpoint security).
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISA/IEC 62443.
• Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain security policies and plan enhancements aligned to the NIST CSF.
• Secure the plant floor with IT to OT segmentation and maintain OT asset inventory.
• Develop hardened configuration standards for servers, network, and backup; implement with infra team.
• Harden identity, endpoint, email, network, and cloud security across AD, Entra ID, M365, and Azure.
• Lead security incident response during business hours and manage a MDR partner.
• Run vulnerability management end-to-end: scan, prioritize, remediate, verify, and report.
• Manage the security awareness platform and deliver training across roles.
