Placements24 is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our hybrid team in George, United States. You will design, implement, and maintain security controls to protect digital assets and ensure compliance with security standards provided by the organization.

This role offers a dynamic work environment with on-site and remote collaboration. You will deploy security infrastructure such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and monitoring tools, perform risk assessments, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in network security principles and technologies.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
