Job summary

EC-Council is the world’s largest cybersecurity certification body, based in the United States, seeking an Academic Program Manager to drive strategic relationships with colleges and universities in North America and expand EC-Council Academia offerings. This on-site role focuses on growing partnerships, curriculum adoption, and workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
3+ years in higher education, workforce development, edtech, academic partnerships, business development or account management.
3+ years of managing personnel and sales related tasks.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective academic partners.
Identify opportunities for institutional growth through program expansion, curriculum adoption, certifications, and workforce development initiatives.
Conduct consultative meetings with academic leadership, faculty, workforce development teams, and administrators.
Support institutions in evaluating EC-Council's academic and certification offerings.
