Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead and manage complex information security engagements within the Financial Services sector. You will provide subject matter expertise, drive delivery, and interface with client security stakeholders and executive leadership across multiple projects.

You will guide security strategy, oversee large-scale transformation programs, and collaborate with partners to deliver secure, resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with functional and technical depth.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity within financial services (regulatory requirements and frameworks).
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with senior leadership (C-suite).
• Consulting experience and ability to work across multiple client engagements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Advise C-suite and other leaders on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience, capital programs, M&A, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs across environments, threat detection modernization, cyber resilience, and IAM for workforce and customer environments.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and vendors to design scalable cybersecurity architectures for secure modernization and cloud adoption.
• Represent Accenture Cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
• Partner with other Accenture Industry teams to define and develop go-to-market solutions for clients.
• Establish trusted relationships with our clients.
