Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead and manage complex information security engagements for financial services clients. You will provide cybersecurity expertise, drive project delivery, and interface with client security stakeholders and senior leaders.

You will lead teams across Analyst to Manager levels, shape secure digital transformations, and partner with industry groups to deliver differentiated cybersecurity solutions. Travel may be required 25%–100%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including deep expertise in financial services regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years total; if Associate’s degree, min 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders at key accounts to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Advise C-suite on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience, capital programs, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs focused on secure security all environments, threat detection modernization, cyber resilience, and identity and access management for work force and customer environments.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and technology vendors to design scalable cybersecurity architectures that enable secure modernization, automation, cloud adoption, without compromising utility reliability or safety.
• Represent Accenture Cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
• Partnering with additional Accenture Industry teams to define and develop new/differentiated go-to-market solutions for our clients.
• Establishing trusted relationships with our clients.
