Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead complex information security engagements within the Financial Services sector. You will provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise, drive delivery, and interface with client stakeholders and Accenture experts to shape outcomes.

You will mentor teams from Analyst to Manager levels, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and develop go-to-market solutions. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if no Bachelor's).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Advise C-suite on integrating cybersecurity risk management into resilience, capital programs, and transformations.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs across environments, threat detection modernization, cyber resilience, and IAM.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and vendors to design scalable cybersecurity architectures for secure modernization and cloud adoption.
• Represent Accenture Cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
• Partner with Accenture Industry teams to define go-to-market differentiated solutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients.
