Job summary

ConnectWise seeks a Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline and revenue growth for Cybersecurity and Data Protection, including managed EDR, SIEM, and data protection. You will target IT and security leaders with programs aligned to a complex threat landscape.

You will lead end-to-end GTM, coordinating digital, outbound, webinars, content, and PMM to drive pipeline, bookings, and program optimization. A data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation with a track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering results
• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or an adjacent security category in a SaaS environment
• Track record of operating as a GTM generalist within a specialized vertical: run campaigns and shape positioning, alignment with sales

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end go-to-market motion for Cybersecurity and Data Protection
• Orchestrate centralized resources across digital, outbound, webinars, content, and PMM to work together for the product
• Own pipeline creation and contribute to bookings targets for the portfolio
• Develop and execute campaign strategy including channel mix and program planning
• Partner with Rev Ops to build reporting rhythms that track performance and surface leakage
• Work with Sales leadership to maintain tight feedback loops on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
