Job summary

ThreatLocker Inc in Orlando, FL seeks an Entry to Mid-Level Contracts Administrator/Paralegal to support the legal operations for a fast-growing SaaS cybersecurity company. You will draft, review, redline and negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law or related field and 3–5 years of contracts experience, with emphasis on SaaS agreements.

Qualifications

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and vendor contracts such as NDA, DPA, BAA, MSA.
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling SaaS contracts and familiarity with data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA).
• Ability to assess complex contractual language and risk in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, redline, and draft various commercial and vendor agreements.
• Provide administrative support for legal documents and processes.
• Assist in compliance projects, especially data privacy initiatives.
• Research and evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions.
• Support contracts operations and improve contracting processes.
• Develop and maintain contracting templates and processes.
• Contribute to company policies on legal issues and regulatory updates.
• Track and communicate updates to applicable laws and regulations.
