Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies seeks a skilled commercial/hi-tech attorney to own the contracting lifecycle, negotiate complex and tailored agreements, and advise Sales and Marketing. You will partner with HR to ensure compliant employment practices and support litigation as needed.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and 2+ years in commercial/hi-tech law, with strong verbal and written communication and a cybersecurity mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
• Cybersecurity experience a plus
• Export regulations experience a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Master the contracting cycle by handling sales contracts and a variety of agreements, including purchasing and marketing deals.
• Negotiate standard contracts and personalized agreements with clients to shape partnerships.
• Provide guidance to HR to ensure compliant and fair employment practices.
• Handle litigation support and safeguard organizational interests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and HR to understand the business and drive impact.
• Foster team spirit and proactively identify potential legal risks.
