Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a legally adept professional to own the contracting cycle, negotiate complex agreements, and advise HR on compliant employment practices in a dynamic cyber security environment.

You will support litigation, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and help shape partnerships with customers while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
• Cybersecurity experience a plus
• Export regulations experience a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the contracting cycle, including sales, purchasing, and marketing agreements.
• Lead and participate in negotiations of standard contracts and bespoke agreements with clients.
• Provide guidance to HR to ensure compliant and fair employment practices.
• Support litigation efforts and help safeguard the organization's interests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR to understand business needs and risks.
