Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a licensed attorney to manage the contracting cycle for sales, purchasing, and marketing agreements. You will negotiate contracts, advise HR on employment compliance, and support litigation efforts to protect corporate interests.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an accredited law school, have 2+ years in commercial/hi-tech law, and are eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
• Cybersecurity experience a plus.
• Export regulations experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Master the Contracting Cycle: you will take charge of the entire contracting cycle, injecting your legal expertise into sales contracts and a variety of other agreements, such as purchasing and marketing deals.
• Thrilling Negotiations: negotiate both standard contracts and personalized agreements with clients, finding win-win solutions.
• Empower Our Team: guide HR practices to ensure compliance and a fair employee experience.
• Legal Warrior: support litigation efforts and safeguard organizational interests.
