Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Compliance to mature our program across global regulatory frameworks. You will partner with engineering, IT, procurement, legal and quality teams to implement governance processes, assessments and training, ensuring readiness for evolving cybersecurity obligations.

You will interpret regulatory requirements, develop repeatable compliance methods, and report on status and risks to executives while guiding remediation with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, engineering, compliance, risk management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, governance or regulatory matters.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for EU CRA, NIS2, EU Machinery Regulation, CMMC2, UK Cyber Essentials and emerging laws.
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, guidance, templates, and assessment tools.
• Interpret regulations for business stakeholders and drive remediation plans.
• Create governance processes, training and reporting for cybersecurity compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, legal, procurement, quality and product teams.
