Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a senior cybersecurity compliance leader within the Global Product Security organization, reporting to the Director, Product Cyber Experience. You will drive regulatory alignment, respond to audits, and manage supplier risk across products and services.

You will collaborate with legal, privacy, and product teams to ensure compliance with RMF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC 2; travel up to 10-15% including international.

Qualifications

• Experience with cybersecurity compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in leading teams.
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to ensure product programs comply with customer requirements and laws.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, privacy, and product teams during audits.
• Develop security documentation and responses to audits and inquiries.
• Monitor supply chain risk and third-party components.
