Job summary

MISO is hiring a Change Management Advisor (Cybersecurity) to support program management and organizational change initiatives across security projects. You will craft adoption plans, communicate plans and risks, and guide teams toward secure, compliant practices while reducing friction among stakeholders.

With a focus on strategic thinking and collaboration, you will mentor teams, track progress, and ensure security policies are clearly communicated and adopted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational change management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Experience in cybersecurity or technology program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for security processes and technologies.
• Design and implement communication plans to drive stakeholder alignment and engagement.
• Serve as strategic advisor on cybersecurity communication and collaboration challenges.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective delivery and milestones.
• Act as trusted partner, supporting continuous improvement across security programs.
• Manage administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, reporting, and tracking milestones.
