MISO is seeking a Change Management Advisor (Cybersecurity) to drive adoption of new security processes and technologies across the organization. You will design communications, align stakeholders, and guide strategic thinking to reduce friction in cyber initiatives.

With 5+ years of relevant experience, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and support continuous improvement while ensuring actions align with broader security objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience is required.
• Strong organizational change management skills to drive adoption of new security processes and technologies.
• Demonstrated program management and project delivery experience in cybersecurity or technology environments.

MISO is hiring a Change Management Advisor (Cybersecurity) to support program management, organizational change initiatives, and the successful delivery of key security projects. As a trusted advisor, you will provide insight, actionable recommendations, and serve as a sounding board for new ideas and approaches. With several security initiatives impacting teams across the organization, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening communication, coordination, and overall governance. You will help reduce friction among stakeholders, support thirdparty risk processes, and ensure security policies and controls are clearly communicated and adopted. Ultimately, you will ensure that daytoday actions align with broader strategic objectives, increasing the clarity and impact of our cybersecurity efforts.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $112,000 - $137,000USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
