Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect to design, implement, and oversee an enterprise cybersecurity program. You will lead strategy, governance, and incident response while aligning security with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cybersecurity, strong leadership, and deep expertise in risk management, cloud security, and secure development practices. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in security architecture design for enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with security technologies: firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, encryption.
• Cloud security expertise across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and risk management.
• DevSecOps integration and secure SDLC understanding.
• Professional certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA or equivalent) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture strategy.
• Design secure IT environments including network, cloud, data, and endpoint security.
• Oversee security tool integration (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability mgmt).
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to define risk appetite and incident response.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (NIST CSF, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Lead vulnerability assessments and third‑party risk management.
