Energy Innovation Corp in Washington, DC is seeking a mid-level Cybersecurity Analyst who owns their work, partners with a tight team, and helps reduce risk in a fast-paced environment. You’ll leverage your hands-on Nessus expertise to drive proactive security measures and validate tool requirements with local users.

You will lead initiatives across incident analysis and automation, mentoring teammates as needed, while delivering practical security improvements in collaboration with Washington

Qualifications

• 3+ years navigating the politics that technology work attracts.
• Experience with Nessus or similar vulnerability scanners is required.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making under pressure.
• Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback to drive security improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technology requirements.
• Collaborate with Washington-based users to define Malware Analysis tool needs.
• Develop a rapid People Management proof of concept when a decision is needed by 3M.
• Drive the Malware Analysis incident postmortem to prevent outages.
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles.
