• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the KFC stack

• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability
• Lead the Data Loss Prevention migration that finally retires KFC's proudly-imperfect legacy stack
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Ship the unpretentious Endpoint Detection and Response features that move KFC's technology roadmap forward
