Job summary

Evergen is seeking an IT Cybersecurity Analyst 2 to join our IT team. This full-time role can be based at several US locations including Eden Prairie, MN, Alachua, FL, West Lafayette, IN, or remote.

You will design and implement security controls across on-premises, cloud, and manufacturing environments and lead incident response activities. The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years of security engineering experience, with strong knowledge of threat detection,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive cybersecurity or information security experience with enterprise security architecture.
• Experience across security monitoring, detection and response, vulnerability management, identity security, endpoint, network, cloud security and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise security architecture across on-premises, cloud, and manufacturing environments.
• Lead technical design, implementation, and optimization of cybersecurity platforms and controls.
• Embed security requirements into infrastructure, applications, ERP, and digital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, procedures, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate penetration testing, security assessments, and remediation validation.
