Job summary

Kairos Power is a new nuclear energy technology and engineering company commercializing fluoride-salt-cooled, high-temperature reactors for clean energy. This role supports and strengthens security for multi-site hybrid corporate IT infrastructure, with responsibilities including SIEM onboarding and incident response.

You will manage vulnerability, access reviews, and enforce least-privilege, while working in a collaborative security team that emphasizes equal opportunity and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of IT security or cybersecurity operations experience.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or ISO 27001 frameworks.

• Investigate and document security incidents, coordinate containment and remediation.
• Perform vulnerability management, access reviews, and enforce least-privilege.
