Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity A&A artifacts.
• Document a system from a cybersecurity perspective using MS Word, Excel, Visio.
• Derive CONOPS for Mission Assurance per DoDI 8500.2.
• Research and recommend security solutions to achieve certification and accreditation.
• Apply DISA STIGs and NSA recommendations.
• Identify gaps between as-built specs, security requirements and DoD policies.
• Revise system requirements to meet DoD security policies.
• Perform vulnerability tests using ACAS and other IA tools.
• Plan and document risk assessments against known vulnerabilities.
• Lead ISSO duties for security matters on information systems.
• Define an IAVM Plan and coordinate security testing results.
• Assist with cybersecurity requirement development for combat systems.
• Support policy development and cyber strategy discussions at multiple classification levels.
• Assist with risk mitigation and documentation for combat systems.
