Blu Omega is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support a federal program focused on cybersecurity operations. This fully remote role requires monitoring, SIEM operations, security analytics, and infrastructure visibility in a mission-driven environment.

The analyst will work with Splunk, Cribl, and cloud environments (AWS, VMware), delivering metrics and insights to stakeholders while adhering to security controls and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years in data analysis, security operations, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk).
• Proficiency with data pipelines and log routing tools (Cribl).
• Familiarity with IT service management platforms (ServiceNow).
• Experience with virtualized and cloud environments (VMware, AWS).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data insights.

Blu Omega is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support a federal program focused on cybersecurity operations. This role operates within a fully remote environment and is responsible for security monitoring, SIEM operations, security analytics, and infrastructure visibility. The position requires experience supporting cybersecurity support activities within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity and operational data to identify trends, risks, and anomalies
• Support Splunk SIEM administration, dashboards, reporting, and investigations
• Manage and optimize Cribl log routing and data pipeline operations
• Support continuous threat monitoring and incident response activities
• Support AWS and VMware environments from a security operations perspective

Required Qualifications

Compensation

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
