Job summary

Lafayette Group is seeking a cybersecurity technology consultant to lead project management efforts for a technical office within CISA's Cybersecurity Division. You will act as a SME, facilitating working groups and preparing memos and executive briefings on AI, PQC, and ICS-OT topics.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity policy/strategy and excellent communication skills, with ability to present to senior government stakeholders and manage multiple milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, public policy, or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity policy, strategy, or technical role.
• Understanding of current cyber industry standards and frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple milestones and deliverables using pm best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and emerging tech project management efforts for CISA FT initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; design solutions meeting client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and activities across multiple audiences.
• Develop talking points, memos, and executive briefings on AI and FT topics.
• Maintain and update CISA's interagency SharePoint site.
• Provide PM support using ServiceNow and Jira, including risk tracking and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/Public Policy
