Job summary

Lafayette Group (LGI) seeks a Project Management Consultant - Cyber Service Delivery - Associate to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in managing cyber shared services for federal agencies and critical infrastructure.

You will engage customers and stakeholders, produce strategic plans and deliverables, and help coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of management consulting experience.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong written and oral communication, and research skills.
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Draft written work products including strategic plans and project plans.
• Support customer and stakeholder engagement and onboarding progress.
• Create slides and infographics to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Gather and analyze performance data and provide recommendations.
• Collect and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and other core tools.
• Track project progress to meet timelines and requirements.
• Provide meeting planning, facilitation, notetaking, and logistics support.
