Job summary

Capco seeks a Principal Consultant in its Cyber Advisory Practice to lead complex cybersecurity and technology risk engagements for financial services clients. You will guide strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

You will direct teams, shape delivery across multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development in AI and security risk domains.

Qualifications

7+ years in cybersecurity or technology risk roles.
Experience in management or technology consulting.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, CIS, and related frameworks.
Experience across multiple domains: Operational Resilience, Data Security, IAM, Cloud Security.
Experience with AI governance and model security.
Strong ability to explain complex risk to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity, technology risk, and AI governance engagements for global financial institutions.
Assess platforms, applications, cloud environments, and AI-enabled solutions for data protection and regulatory risk.
Design and implement governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.
Lead client workshops, executive presentations, and manage delivery across initiatives.
Develop thought leadership, reference architectures, and market-facing IP.
