Job summary

Lafayette Group seeks a Cybersecurity Technology Consultant to lead project management for a government cyber program focused on future technologies. You will coordinate with federal clients, SMEs, and leadership to deliver AI, PQC, and ICS-OT initiatives on high-visibility efforts.

You will develop briefs, memos, and executive summaries, facilitate workshops, and manage cross-agency collaboration using ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 10+ years in cybersecurity policy, strategy, or technical roles.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and participating in executive briefings.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for senior government stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT standards and cross-agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/FT project management initiatives for federal clients.
• Facilitate workshops and activities across diverse audiences.
• Develop talking points, memos, and briefings on AI and FT topics.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resources for projects.
• Maintain interagency SharePoint and align with EO action plans.
• Provide PM support for strategy development and roadmaps.
