Job description

OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We offer consulting services in Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

Responsibilities and Duties

OCT is seeking a Cybersecurity Administrative Support Specialist to support the 557th Weather Wing’s cybersecurity and compliance programs. The role involves maintaining document repositories, managing version control, coordinating meetings, and formatting key RMF artifacts such as POA&Ms, SARs, and SSPs. The specialist will ensure that all technical and policy documents are accurately tracked, submitted, and archived in compliance with Air Force security standards. This position is contingent on contract award.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  1. Maintain repositories of all RMF and compliance documentation, ensuring proper version control and archiving.
  2. Prepare meeting materials, record security meeting minutes, and track action items.
  3. Assist technical staff with formatting, reviewing, and uploading RMF artifacts into CSAM or equivalent systems.
  4. Coordinate document submission timelines and correspondence with stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active DoD Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to work on-site at Offutt AFB (minimum 5 days/week)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in administration, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years supporting IT security or compliance programs
  • Familiarity with RMF documentation workflows and document control standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government collaboration platforms
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into policy
  • Ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences
