Assured Information Security (AIS) is seeking a Software Engineer focused on Computer Network Operations to join our CyberAI team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and web interfaces that power mission-critical DoD applications.

This hybrid role requires on-site work three days a week and offers exposure to cutting-edge cyber and network security technologies, modern Python/JavaScript stacks, and secure software practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2 years of experience or equivalent.
• 2 years of professional software development with Python, C/C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience building Python backend services and JavaScript/TypeScript frontend apps.
• Familiar with software analysis, testing and automated testing practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Crucible.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, document, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build modern web UIs with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks.
• Develop software to support CNO capabilities and secure practices.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate software and CNO features.
