Formación

• Strong Python skills with production software experience.
• Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI/agent systems or equivalents.
• Comfort designing or evolving schemas and data contracts with real data.
• Working knowledge of core cybersecurity practices (identity, secrets, secure config).
• Comfort owning shipped work with runbooks and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Own agent-adjacent application work: eval harnesses, scaffolds, and UIs.
• Design and evolve schemas and data contracts for shared objects.
• Turn vague partner requests into shipped solutions with design and rollout.
• Build/integrate security tools and enterprise platforms as needed.
• Raise AI-augmented engineering capabilities with reusable scaffolds and evals.
• Prototype, test, ship, learn, and improve with the team.
