Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior Policy Advisor to act as a subject matter expert in cyber workforce policy for a DoD client. You will oversee the development and coordination of strategic guidance to advance the DoD cyber workforce and provide expertise to improve human capital and management practices.

The role focuses on transforming talent through a new human capital program to grow cyber professionals for the DoD, serving as a trusted advisor to government leaders on workforce

You Have:

10+ years of experience working in a professional environment

5+ years of experience driving strategic initiatives

Experience leading the development or implementation of strategic guidance

Knowledge of DoD 8140

Nice If You Have:

Experience with OSD or the federal government

Experience with human capital programs

Experience as a policy SME, including in cyber workforce strategy, policy , and governance

Ability to develop and present briefings on strategy, policy , and governance activities

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
