DUAL North America is seeking an Assistant Vice President in Underwriting for the Cyber division. The AVP leads a team of underwriters, setting production goals and driving growth while maintaining risk discipline.

The role requires deep cyber underwriting knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to build and manage strategic broker relationships. Hybrid work in NY/IL with travel and large-scale complex risks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business or related field preferred.
• CPCU, AU or similar designations strongly preferred.
• Experience leading underwriting teams and managing broker relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%+ for client meetings and events.

Responsabilidades

• Define team production goals aligned to division goals and drive execution.
• Coach, mentor and train underwriters at varying levels.
• Manage a team, conduct performance reviews and merit input.
• Develop broker and client relationships to grow business.
• Underwrite high-severity cyber risks and pricing decisions.
• Stay informed on market dynamics and communicate to the team.
