DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Underwriter to assess cyber risk exposure, manage new/renewal submissions, and support profitable portfolio growth. You will evaluate controls, incident history, and threats to tailor insurance solutions while collaborating with the Cyber division.

You will build relationships with brokers, meet premium targets, and apply underwriting guidelines with pricing tools to ensure profitability and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in risk management, finance, business or related field.
• Professional certifications like CPCU/AU or similar designations a plus.
• 0-5 years underwriting experience.
• Solid understanding of underwriting principles and risk assessment.
• Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Curate a portfolio of business with pricing tools and underwriting standards.
• Evaluate, classify and rate each risk; set coverage and protection levels.
• Achieve annual premium income goals and desired hit ratios.
• Foster relationships with assigned producers.
• Gather and compile information required to quote/bind an account.
• Prepare and send declinations, follow-ups and reminders.
• Demonstrate advanced underwriting principles and risk characteristics.
• Stay updated on market dynamics and communicate insights to the team.
• Provide coverage during peak periods and cover for teammates.
• Underwriting Authority as per LOA.
