DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a VP Underwriter for the Cyber division in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. locations. You will lead a team of underwriters, define underwriting strategy, manage broker relationships at the executive level, and drive profitable portfolio growth.

You will evaluate nuanced risks, oversee pricing, and contribute to governance and guidelines. Travel up to 25% and interaction with clients and brokers at a senior level are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• 8-12 years of underwriting experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Mansioni

• Manages a small to mid-sized team with performance evaluations, hiring, and termination decisions.
• Define team production goals aligned to division goals and drive execution.
• Review referrals from team members and curate a portfolio per UW guidelines.
• Owns division-level projects and budgets for staffing and travel costs.
