Job summary

WPS Health Solutions seeks a Director of Cyber Trust & Architecture to provide enterprise leadership for cybersecurity architecture, identity strategy, and Zero Trust across the organization. The role reports to the CISO and guides secure-by-design practices to protect systems, data, and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead the IAM program, influence technology strategy, and build a high-performing team while communicating risks to executives.

Qualifications

• US citizenship per DoD restrictions.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity leadership and architecture.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong depth across identity, cloud, network, data security domains.
• Experience governing enterprise IAM capabilities (authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access, MFA).
• Ability to translate risk into business terms for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy and target-state architecture.
• Lead enterprise IAM strategy and governance, reporting to CISO.
• Establish secure-by-design review processes and architecture governance.
• Set architecture principles for cloud, data, network, and emerging tech incl. AI/ML; partner with teams.
• Lead development and rollout of Zero Trust architecture and maturity roadmap.
