Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Cybersecurity Training Analyst for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and DoD Cyber Crime Center (DCDC) in Fort Meade, MD. This full-time, on-site position advances cyber workforce readiness through training programs, curricula management, and joint exercise support.

The candidate will develop curricula, manage certification initiatives, and ensure compliance with DoD 8140/8570 while collaborating with stakeholders across DoD cyber operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required with CI polygraph eligibility.
• IAT Level II certification from approved list.
• Experience with DoD/JTS training programs and records management.
• Familiarity with JTS phases and joint training processes.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define cyber training requirements and workforce development strategies.
• Plan, manage, and update cyber training programs and curricula.
• Develop training materials, objectives, and assessment criteria.
• Standardize programs across evolving threats and technology.
• Maintain training databases and workforce records accuracy.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting training activities and exercises.
• Analyze inputs to support mission readiness and proficiency.
• Support DoD/IC training requirements and AAR processes.
• Create exercises from foundational to advanced levels.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for exercise planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with DoD 8140 and DoD 8570 requirements.
• Contribute to Certification and Accreditation activities for systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Assurance, Education, or related field

IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP)

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
