Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Operations Analyst to support mission-critical cyber defense operations at Fort Meade, MD. This on-site role involves real-time cyber operations, threat detection, incident response, and network analysis across DoD networks.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance, 4+ years in cyber operations, and experience with SIEM tools such as ArcSight and Splunk, plus DoD cyber defense exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of cybersecurity, cyber operations, network defense, SOC, or CND experience.
• Experience using security monitoring and SIEM tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, JIMS, CSAAC, PCAP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events in real-time.
• Perform incident handling, event triage, threat detection, and network analysis activities.
• Identify cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack patterns impacting DoD networks.
