Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support cyber threat customers, ensuring the value of Falcon Intelligence Recon is realized. This role serves as the cyber intel interface between customers and CrowdStrike's intelligence team, enabling effective use of threat intelligence across clients.

The position requires strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence, exceptional customer engagement, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience with dark web threat intelligence and related terminology

Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and ownership across multiple relationships.
• Triage and elevate findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers.
• Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings with SME insights.
• Represent customer feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams to inform product improvements.
• Lead process improvements to boost overall customer satisfaction.
