Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Analyst for the CAO Elite team to protect customers against sophisticated adversaries. You will perform threat hunting, analyze cyber threat intelligence, and monitor the dark web, delivering tailored guidance to executive stakeholders.

The role involves direct customer engagement, periodic weekend on-call duties, and up to 5% travel. You will collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to advance hunting capabilities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Incident response or security operations; Threat hunting; Cyber threat intelligence; Dark web monitoring.
• Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to communicate executive and detailed findings to clients; ability to guide internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI and autonomous agents to enhance threat intelligence analysis and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Presentation delivery: experience presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders from contributors to executives.
• Willingness to support rotational weekend on-call schedule and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and tailor threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers based on their environment.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations relating to intelligence reports and threat hunting findings.
• Respond to customer requests related to threat intelligence, hunting, and dark web monitoring.
