Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Analyst for its CAO Elite team to protect customers against the world’s most advanced attackers. You will conduct threat hunting, analyze threat intelligence, and monitor the dark web, delivering tailored insights to clients including CISOs.

You’ll collaborate with other CrowdStrike teams and work with AI-driven security operations. You will maintain customer accounts, provide high-value support, and produce briefings and recommendations based on evolving threat

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in two or more areas: incident response or security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, dark web monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to present findings to executives and translate intelligence into actionable guidance.
• Ability to leverage AI and autonomous agents to enhance threat intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform threat hunting and research tailored threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers based on their environment.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations related to intelligence reports and threat hunting findings.
• Respond to customer requests related to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams across topics and projects to improve services.
