Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Counter Adversary Operations Elite to deliver advanced threat hunting and intelligence analysis for premier clients. You will work with CAO Elite, leveraging CrowdStrike capabilities to protect networks against state-sponsored and criminal threats.

Focus is on building trusted advisor relationships, delivering tailored intelligence, and briefing executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two or more of the listed areas.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI and autonomous agents to enhance threat intelligence analysis and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Willingness and ability to support a rotational weekend on-call schedule to ensure continuous support for critical customer requirements.
• Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts, facilitating high levels of customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and tailor threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers based on their requirements and environment.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations relating to intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings regularly.
• Respond to customer requests related to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
• Grow in the role by researching, improving threat hunting services, and collaborating with other CrowdStrike teams.
