Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Analyst for the CAO Elite group to protect customers by performing tailored threat hunting and intelligence operations, including dark web monitoring. You will deliver high-impact briefings up to the CISO level and coordinate with customers to operationalize findings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two or more of: incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, dark web monitoring.
• Ability to present findings to executives and clients at multiple levels.
• Willingness to support rotational weekend on-call to ensure critical customer requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 5% on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct threat hunting and research tailored intelligence for CAO Elite customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on intelligence reports, alerts, and hunting findings.
• Respond to customer requests related to threat intelligence, hunting, and dark web monitoring.
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams across topics to improve services.
