Job summary

Wiz, Inc. is looking for a Cyber Threat Analyst to join the Threat Research team and help secure cloud environments.

You will track, analyze and report on the most advanced threats targeting cloud and AI deployments. Responsibilities include synthesizing data from diverse sources to build comprehensive threat pictures, analyzing state-backed and financially motivated attackers, and communicating insights to multiple audiences and formats.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of security or threat research experience with detailed reporting.
• Ability to combine multiple data sources for a comprehensive threat view.
• Basic to intermediate analysis skills such as infrastructure or cloud log analysis.
• Strong analytical judgement and experience with attribution and evidence-based assessments.
• Able to write clearly about technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from internal and external sources to develop a comprehensive threat picture for cloud, AI, and developers.
• Analyze and track state-backed and financially motivated attackers targeting cloud ecosystems.
• Communicate novel findings and in-depth analyses to multiple audiences and formats.
• Leverage open and closed data to track infrastructure and malware used by advanced actors.
• Investigate and attribute incidents to understand targets and motives.
