Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Incident Manager in Arlington, VA to lead triage, threat analysis, and SIEM operations for national-scale cyber defense programs. You will guide rapid deployment of secure cloud-based engagement kits and mentor junior analysts across interagency partnerships.

Required: US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance; 5–7 years in threat intelligence, SOC operations or incident response; MITRE ATT&CK knowledge and malware analysis; Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in threat intelligence, SOC operations, or cyber incident response.
• Expertise in malware analysis, threat attribution, and cyber campaign analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and intelligence-driven defense concepts.
• Proven experience coordinating with federal agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced triage and analysis of high-severity cyber threats and IOC packages.
• Serve as escalation point for complex threat assessments requiring deep expertise.
• Perform IOC enrichment using classified and unclassified sources.
• Coordinate with FBI, NSA, USCYBERCOM and other partners on joint threat assessments.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior triage analysts.
• Develop analytical tradecraft, playbooks, and decision matrices.
• Lead projects to enhance triage processes, automation, and detection.
• Author threat assessments and briefs for leadership and partners.
• Represent the triage team in interagency forums and information-sharing groups.
• Identify patterns across reports to detect emerging campaigns.
