Job summary

VTG is seeking a Cyber Technical Analyst Senior to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on operations, analysis, and virtual operations to support customer requirements and deliver actionable intelligence.

You will read customer communications, conduct comprehensive research across diverse data sources, and brief senior leaders on findings. A TS/SCI with Poly is required, with 5+ years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to work across teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Technical Targeter or equivalent.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance
• Experience drafting official reports and briefs

Overview

VTG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Technical Analyst Senior to join our team.

What will you do?

• The ideal candidate will have cyber expertise in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to reading and responding to customer communications and identifying potential leads by exploiting customer information.
• Conduct research and analysis using diverse data sources and systems to identify entities of interest and potential opportunities for further investigation or engagement.
• Maintain and enhance expertise in specialized areas related to information gathering and analysis, particularly in complex geographic and/or functional areas or issues.
• Monitor and analyze potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
• Establish partnerships, coordinate and deconflict complex projects, and collaborate across organization lines to accomplish mission objectives.
• Present relevant findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, to a broad range of interlocutors including senior organizational management.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years)
• Demonstrated experience as part of a team that conceptualizes, initiates, develops, and manages strategic initiatives or projects.
• Demonstrated experience developing analytical products or packages to support operational or strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to support initiatives and activities.
• Demonstrated experience with intelligence community processes and procedures related to sensitive information handling and dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience with analytical tools and databases used to support data analysis and initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with intelligence gathering or investigative processes, particularly those involving legal or regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and coordinating official correspondence or reports.
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating complex mission ideas/concepts to audiences/stakeholders with varied technical and operational backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and evaluating large datasets from diverse sources, including technical information, signals, and imagery.
