Job summary

VTG Defense seeks a Cyber Technical Analyst Senior to join our team in a high-demand intelligence environment. The role focuses on operations, analysis, and virtual operations to support customer requirements.

You will read communications, identify leads, and conduct research using diverse data sources. The position requires a TS/SCI with Poly clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5+ years in technical targeting or related fields.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly and bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required.
• 5+ years as a Technical Targeter or equivalent experience at senior level.
• Experience leading or contributing to strategic initiatives and projects.
• Experience developing analytical products or briefs for operational or strategic use.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners on initiatives and activities.
• Familiarity with intelligence community processes and handling of sensitive information.
• Experience with intelligence gathering or investigative processes and legal/regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads.
• Conduct research using diverse data sources to identify targets and opportunities.
• Maintain expertise in information gathering and analysis across complex areas.
• Monitor and analyze potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
• Establish partnerships and coordinate complex projects across teams.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
