Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years as Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years)
• Experience conceiving, initiating, developing, and managing strategic initiatives or projects
• Experience developing analytical products or packages to support operations or strategy
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners
• Experience with intelligence community processes and handling of sensitive information
• Experience with analytical tools and databases used to support data analysis
• Experience with intelligence gathering/investigative processes including regulatory frameworks
• Experience drafting and coordinating official correspondence/reports
• Ability to communicate complex mission ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience analyzing large datasets from diverse sources including tech info, signals and imagery

Overview

VTG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Technical Analyst Senior to join our team.

What will you do?

• The ideal candidate will have cyber expertise in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to reading and responding to customer communications and identifying potential leads by exploiting customer information.
• Conduct research and analysis using diverse data sources and systems to identify entities of interest and potential opportunities for further investigation or engagement.
• Maintain and enhance expertise in specialized areas related to information gathering and analysis, particularly in complex geographic and/or functional areas or issues.
• Monitor and analyze potential weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
• Establish partnerships, coordinate and deconflict complex projects, and collaborate across organization lines to accomplish mission objectives.
• Present relevant findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, to a broad range of interlocutors including senior organizational management.

• Demonstrated experience with intelligence gathering or investigative processes, particularly those involving legal or regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and coordinating official correspondence or reports.
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating complex mission ideas/concepts to audiences/stakeholders with varied technical and operational backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and evaluating large datasets from diverse sources, including technical information, signals, and imagery.
