Job summary

VTG is seeking a highly motivated Cyber Technical Targeter to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements, with a strong emphasis on identifying leads from available data.

The position requires TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of technical targeting experience. You will work with customer tools to correlate leads and coordinate with partner organizations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years as a Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years).
• TS/SCI with Poly preferred.
• Familiarity with good internet OPSEC.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to reading and responding to customer communications and identifying potential leads by exploiting customer information.
• Utilizing customer provided tools to correlate and enhance initial leads and coordinating leads with other customer partner organizations. Do you have what it takes?

• A minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years)
• Familiarity with good internet OPSEC
• Ability to learn and manipulate a variety of customer provided data sets with customer provided tools.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of computer hardware/software and a strong understanding of computer/internet communications methods
• In-depth understanding of Social Media sites
• Excellent research and writing skills
