Job summary

Ledgent Technology seeks a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to coordinate agile delivery for cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives in the Los Angeles area. You will manage Jira boards, plan sprints, and align priorities with stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, risk tracking, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, program increment planning, and transparent reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

Experience leading agile delivery for cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related technical portfolios.
Strong Jira administration and reporting experience, including workflows, boards, dashboards, and data quality.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, document, and maintain Jira boards, workflows, filters, dashboards, and portfolio views for improvement work.
Facilitate planning and delivery ceremonies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Clarify priorities, outcomes, acceptance criteria, estimates, owners, dependencies, and target dates.
Provide agile coaching to teams and stakeholders to improve delivery practices and collaboration.
Document commitments, risks, dependencies, blockers, and action items and track through resolution.
Prepare concise leadership updates on priorities, progress, capacity, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
