Qualifications

• Three years handling litigated coverage and/or liability cases in Cyber & Technology, Privacy and Data Breaches.
• Experience handling litigated matters through resolution and defense counsel management.
• Knowledge of first- and third-party claims a plus.
• Disciplined, results-oriented with focus on bottom line results.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and evaluate information.
• Analyze coverage, liability, and damages based on facts.
• Investigate cyber incidents for first-party claims and coordinate responses.
• Manage litigation, negotiate settlements, and oversee defense counsel.
• Present cases to management and senior leadership.
• Attend trials and mediations as needed.
• Provide training and marketing support to Underwriters.
• Attend industry events on risk management and claims topics.
