Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to support the RAPT-2 Rapid Advanced Payload Test program. The role involves shaping Cybersecurity through RMF artifacts, requirements, design, integration, and verification activities, with leadership in cyber documentation and vulnerability management.

The position requires an active Security Clearance and experience in RMF, vulnerability scanning, and secure configurations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principles and processes.
• Advanced understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST SP 800-53.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project planning and execution.
• Previous experience in Missile Defense, Strike Weapons Systems, or similar.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team supporting the RAPT-2 Rapid Advanced Payload Test #2. As a Cybersecurity Engineer you will play a critical role in shaping Cybersecurity for the program.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Backup Program Cyber Lead
• Execute Cyber Systems Engineering processes including requirements, design, integration, and verification activities.
• Lead development and partnering of Cyber Documentation to include Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts.
• Act as the Backup for Supporting vulnerability scanning, patching, and secure configurations.

Basic Qualifications

• An understanding of Cyber Security implementations and Risk Management Framework (RMF) (NIST SP 800-53)
• Experience RMF with Body of Evidence management
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and/or patching
• Active Security Clearance is required

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $108600.00 - $201600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
